I think he cheated against Cotto and others too, but I realise that is merely circumstantial evidence. I'm afraid there simply isn't much you can do about it. You could ban him for life for the shit he tried to pull, the commisions chickened out and unfortunately Bob Arum hasn't quite reached a state of cardiac arrest yet.
