Agree with the consensus. Pac has ridiculously fast hands and is unmatched to anyone I`ve ever seen in the sport. Much faster then Floyd.

I belive RJJ was faster than PBF & Pac.
The only other fighter whom I feel was faster then RJJ was Meldrick Taylor.
Of course you then have SRL somewhere along there.

I'd say they're evenly fast. But Floyd throws 37 punches in tapping motion. Manny throws 96 with energy. That's like Uzi vs electric gatling gun.
