Ultimately the buck stops with him, there needs to be a sense of personal accountability. He doesn't need to go into the work he did with cancer patients when asked about the wraps. If he didn't know and that's the truth (doubtful but whatever), then say so and THEN be a man and say you were ultimately responsible. Only after that take the initiative to put the pressure on your trainer to find out if it had been done in the past. It really comes down to that, don't make people forget about. That's how a grown man should handle his tribulations, if he feels he is being persecuted then it's on him to explain himself adequately. We ALL know that he had those pads on versus Cotto and probably versus a host of other opponents. If not then you are being naiive.
