hth - Froch and Dirrell was close anyway you look at it - Froch barely pulled it out. Dirrell beat Abraham because of Dirrell's work rate. Froch and Dirrell have completely different styles. Moreover, Abraham looked a lot better than Froch against Taylor whereas Froch beat Taylor in the last few rounds, Abraham was winning the majority of the fight before he knocked Taylor out.

pascal would beat 7 shades of shit out of abraham

froch manned it out that night and went toe to toe with pascal even when he didnt really need too. If you think abraham offers anything in a fight that pascal doesnt your wrong

A whooping is James Toney vs Iran Barkley/Joe Calzaghe vs Jeff Lacy.

Carl Froch vs Andre Dirrell was a messy/untidy fight, with not alot of action. But Andre Dirrell was able to make it his kind of fight, and Carl Froch struggled to land anything meaningful and was outboxed.

Against Mikkel Kessler he was outworked/outhustled, if the fight was in any doubt. Mikkel Kessler won the last round to seal the deal, he won the fight. With a good steady body/head attack.

Against Jermain Taylor he was behind going into the 12th round by atleast 3 rounds, anybody who had Carl Froch ahead. Is a clueless moron, it was a good win for Carl Froch. But to say he didn't need a KO in the last round is utter rubbish.

admittedly I got carried away with the harrison klit thread mind

but heres one thing I feel very very strongly about and it has nothing to do with nationality, If dirrell had of been given the decision against froch it would have been an absolute tragedy and a very bad thing for boxing as a whole. I honestly believe the fight should have been stopped after a few rounds or dirrell at least get a very harsh warning. thousands of fans had paid a lot of money to be at the fight and to watch it on pay per view and they didnt pay that money to watch someone run a hold and generally spoil
