An ex-flatmate who was a sponsored runner showed us how a trainer had him doing squats on a fitball once. I found it was way too high for me to start off on alone (need someone to catch!) -
This looks far less life threatening with the added bonus of training each foot/side individually. I might just give it a go at the gym tomorrow morning.
