Haye is clearly a liar though and all the evidence points towards him being a total fraud at HW.

There is no bias in suggesting that.

I always give fighters their due in the ring a good win is a good win...EG I can not stand PBF and do thi8nk he has made some very cautious comp choices looking to beat them when they are ripe but with that being said I also do not think he could not beat some of the guys he has swayed around I don;t like to say duck because at the level he and others at the elite fashion are at don't duck anyone or at least I hope not....My example I always use with Floyd is why did he choose Gatti at LWW when Cotto was the man at the moment...Cotto was the guy knocking everyone out is why.....Why do we not defend our WW title when there were plenty of worthy guys around....Because at the time Williams, Cotto, Margarito etc were there beati8ng the shit out of everyone Floyds talents can not be denied like I said but he also seems like he rather stay away from dangerous fights if possible....He rather win over a guy who poses less of a challenge then beat a gu8y he has to nactually put somke effort into it and maybe deal with a few tough moments....Same for haye.....

The real thing about them I just become biased on is the fact they talk too much but do not follow up on things....

ALi- Maybe the best trash talker in history and he called out the cream of the crop during the divisions greatest eras...He fought who he called out....

Mayorga- might be one of the biggest jerks when it comes to hitting below the belt in terms of trash talk but shit he fights the guys he talks about....

I could go on but that is just an example....Talk the talk then walk the walk....If not then just shut up

It's okay to be bias as long as you give props to the opposing fighter whether or not he got his ass handed to him.

Give credit. Learn how to respect. Don't hate. Don't be a sore loser.

Well said...At minimum provide reasoning why you are biased against a fighter

I had problems with bias before the Manny Pacquiao vs Margarito fight because I heard that Margarito's crew had laced his gloves with plaster o' paris in his bout with Shane Mosley. I hate cheating more than anything in this world and nearly hated Antonio/made him the villain for going through with that; but then, I realized that was a long time ago and he has probably changed/become a better man since then. Regardless, I believe that for the amount of work they put in and what they go through, every boxer deserves a clean or at least respected slate in our mind and we only have the right to judge the fight not the man.

yep there is nothing wrong with being bias

the question is tho, which topics bring out the bias

my take is that the haye klit situation seems to be the best (or worst if you want to look at it that way) at stirring the feelings of the boxing fan

i think people really struggle to look at it objectively

In truth I think it can be any on going topic that has not result...Like mentioned Klitschko/Haye or PBF/Pacquiao...They just never seem to end and develope a tobloid like aura to them...So people pick sides and start slinging mud around etc....Would be different I guess if there was a debate and somehow there wa sa resolution or even if the fighters just moved on to something new instead of a constant BS negotiations and he said she said crap....Funny thing is these are supposed to be pro fighters yet it is all carried on like a soap opera

Anything where a fighter is popular will have a split, Mike Tyson being a great example, or where theirs some controversy that international boxing fans get a good sniff of. Just imagine if the internet was around in the 30's we'd have had so much fun with Carnera "useless big lump"/"Talented giant", Braddock "White collar champion"/"a title waiting to be taken" etcs.
