Are people in denial? Ward is ten times better than Froch. He has a better jab, he's more technical, he's a much better inside fighter. THe only way Froch wins is if he can hurt Ward.

Has Ward even been wobbled as a professional?

Edit. Darnell Boone knocked him down.

It's naive to think anyone can't get hurt in boxing, they all have. Especially against decent puncher like froch. I think froch is surprisingly effective with his style, but honestly think of a guy coming in on you like that. He has a stiff jab with awkward yet somewhat effective defensive skills. He seems wide open but he's more than willing to take a shot to land one harder on you, and he does little things that spoil his opponent's gameplan. The he will have with Ward which he largely had with dirrell except when he cheated, is that Andre will get and out too quickly for froch to retaliate and ward will dictate the pace with his jab moreso than froch because he quicker, and because he moves with his whole body behind the jab. Froch snaps his up, but his footwork isn't really there when he moves in with his jab, and he's a little off balance. If ward moves away from it then counters with his own jab then froch will be frustrated all night. Also andre will be the first guy froch has faced that has a real inside game while being an elite fighter.
