You can't compare the two different disciplines but you can say that Mayorga has had a more successful boxing career than Diaz has had MMA career. Mayorga has wins over p4p top ten fighters and has the better win percetntGe in his own sport.

    Which top ten fighters?
    Shane Mosley beat him.
    Oscar DLH beat him.
    Felix Trinidad beat him.
    Corey Spinks beat him.

The only decent guy he beat was Forrest.

As I said the win percentage is irrelevant as the two sports have very different standards. Randy Couture is ATG at 16-10, very different sports.

Mayorga has lost to every major fighter he has fought bar Forrest? I'm not convinced that his career is more successful. Financially...yes, but the more successful? I'm unsure of that.

Well, he also beat Lewis, Piccirillio, Vargas and is soon to add Cotto to the list

Lewis and piccirillio were decent fighters- never top fighters though.
    Mayorga will not beat Cotto.

Even the buildup is boring- Mayorga is coming with the exact same rubbish as always and he'll be "humble" as always when he is outclassed and outfought

And you're callin these top 10 fighters? Almost everyone on Diaz record would be comparable in terms of skill. Vargas I'd give you, put it was a shot, fat version of Vargas after a last payday.

Nice. pre dlh Vargas would have handled Mayorga, he had wicked boxing skills when he used them but knowing vargas he would have had a war. If vargas hadn't stopped him it would have been very wide on points. Vargas' last big effort was against Mosley 1 but even then he was out of shape and didnt seem the same that vargas would have beaten Mayorga probably. I think after the first Mosley fight Vargas lost what ever he had left and it was something inside he'll never get back.
