My current strength is pretty weak.

I've started light and trying to increase reps before I add weight.

Today's workout was as follows.

Press ups 2 x 15 (could barely 1 x 10 a month ago )
Bench Press 2 x 15 10kg each arm so 20 kg total
Incline Bench 2 x 15 9kg 18kg t
Squats 2 x 15 9 kg 18kg t, actually more like 4 x 7 as I have to stop to breath halfway through
Bent over Rows - 2 x 15 10 kg 20t
Shoulder Press 2 x 15 8kg 16t
Arm Curls 2 x 15 7kg 14 t
Tricep Curls 2 x 15 6 kg 12 t
Planks 2 x 45 seconds.

If I train hard and increase reps/resistance whenever possible what sort of strength gains do you think I could make?
