what blood test? has he refused a test that he is required to take? nobody is requirng them to take random blood tests. so until they make it a standard in every fight you cant prove pac is dirty. i cant prove he is clean either but its somewhat assuring that pac agreed to random tests in the 2nd neg with pbf.
