I heard this place was full of genuine people looking to help each other and thats what I am aboutThe other thing I was going to suggest is having a look at your running style, are you a tip-toe runner? Do you feel your foot 'sliding forward' in the shoe as would happen running down a hill and putting the brakes on so to speak? I can't talk, I'm not a great runner, but I find a more heel accentuated landing rolling to the toes seems to 'balance' the strain / pressure ..
