    I don't know much at all, just the very basics about proper form and how not to hurt myself. I just run for exercise and for fun. My times are shit, but I find it challenges me in a very unique way.

    Missy pay attention , keep the toenails trimmed, wear good shoes that fit, after every run wash them in surgical spirits, then talcam powder the feet. Also before running put Olbas oil on the feet stops inflamation . A lot of the problems could be the position of your Head giving bad posture and foot plant and Gait not being correct, sort it

    I'm running sprints as form is better than if I were looking for distance and drop in to that knockkneed womans run you see about

    I get this problem from time to time, best thing to do is to cut your toenails frequently and make sure your shoes arent too big for you, because if they are the front of them will keep bashing into your toes making the bruising worse.

    update.

    I was tarting up my feet. Went to trim said toeail and the whole thing came off!

    Happily there was a cute little baby nail underneath
