OK well I give her multiple orgasms and while I'm working on the last one for her she kind of "dead fish's" and I ask if everything is ok, she asks for a break, I'm like "Yeah, ok, that's cool" and she proceeds to get dressed and leave and then later says she's depressed and has trouble dealing with "things".

Let's get this straight, I've got no huge emotional investment in this. I'm in this just for the ride, if I end up falling for her then that's my problem, but that type of shit irks me man. I've not read through the rest of the thread yet, but I've NEVER met a woman who will walk away from multiple orgasms.
