At Calzaghe's age - it's inevitable his ablity is diminishing, in particular, crap hands have robbed him of power.

He shouldn't even be contemplating fighting ANOTHER young prime guy. So should definitely sign out with the old boys. If not Roy, even Woods and the like is fair.

The thing is Pavlik is in his prime and not injured, Calzaghe considers fighting old men like Hopkins and Jones a more rewarding finacially and less dangerous strategy.
He fought an injured Kessler and won, good for him, let's see him in a rematch then! Calzaghe will stay well clear of Pavlik and take the easy money in a fight with a well past his best Roy Jones Jr. ( Joe might get a surprise yet by fighting Jones jr.)
