That looks exhausting! That guy has some fitness.
I'd end up losing some teeth if tried that!
He did 45 mins of it, had just come back from injury. That was the 2nd week I had working with Him. With what He earns He has to be fitSoccer. But its a routine that works the Lactic Threshold, and is great for Boxers gives good Legs.

Im assuming those exercises are great to help balance and speed, as well as a great conditioning tool.
Dont know whether its observed unless its enlarged. He is working with 15 mil elastic round each ankle, thats why He doesnt move much.

cant tell the size of the elastic, but the elastic rope is quite visible.
I'm wondering how high its tied though.. just about the height of is head?
Scrap there is so much awesome stuff there I don't know where to begin!
I am so going to try it! The stretches look awesome too - the first one targeting the psoas and glutes and probably more muscles all at once is such an efficient effective way to stretch!
Plus the band around the head and the hops - looks so good for balance.
I bet the bands being there are great for hamstring development? I have to watch it again a few times to understand everything that is going on there but you have truly amazed me once again!
On a non-intellectual level I think it'd be a really convenient alternative when it's too dark etc to train outside and when you need to make good use of a small amount of time at home. I used to use a wind trainer on the bike but it's too noisy for other people at night where I am now. So many reasons that this is awesome Scrap!

Sharla, the 2nd stretch is the best one i know for the Groin, you push into the arm with the knee plus it isolates.
