Better Power, Wlad or Haye?

I have to laugh when I either read or watch a clip where Haye says he has better power then Wlad, I mean, is Haye really that deluded or is he just trying to blow smoke up everyone's ass?

My thoughts are, Wlad has faced and defeated a dozen or more HW's who have better power then Haye, and he's knocked out almost 50 opponents out of the 58 he's faced, all at HW. Haye on the otherhand has been in a whopping grand-total of 26 fights as a pro, 21 @ crusierweight, with only 4 of those @ HW, with a ball busting 3 KO's. I imagine Wlad is scared shitless.
