Neg Rep and sad clicks, pfffffffffff, they mean nothing to me, just easier for kids to do rather than argue or debate, the rep comments I get I love, alot of people do agree with me and find me funny, especially when I called ICB a twat

Calzaghe still makes Floyd look pedestrian, Floyd hasnt got one win that matches the importance of Joe beating Kessler
I don't care who finds you funny you are a totally knob-jockey end of. Ok how about this. I'll put it in big bold letters so you understand a bit more clearly.

Floyd Mayweather beat Diego Corrales, who was a top 10 P4P fighter Mikkel Kessler never was, the fight was considered 50/50 by most experts. Diego Corrales was destroying every boxer in his path. I'd say that is easily a better win than a win over Mikkel Kessler.

Here's the facts he was rated top 5 P4P.

Wasnt Hatton PFP when he fought Floyd too?

Yep Ross got it put on him

Calzaghe beat Kessler who will go on to prove he is head and shoulders above all other comp at his own weight.

Floyd beat Corrales who went on to not be head and shoulders above the rest.

,Mark my words, Kessler beats everyone bar Calzaghe.

There were plenty who could beat Corrales and did and the same excuse your giving Oscar for being weight drained also goes for Diego

Yes he was unfortunately the page isn't showing the rankings for 2008, but i know for certain he was P4P top 10 i think he was 9 or something. He's also rated 9 in the P4P rankings at the moment.

Alot of ifs no facts, Mikkel Kessler hasn't proven shit since his loss to Joe Calzaghe. The fact is Diego Corrales was P4P ranked number 5. Which means it is a better win than the Mikkel Kessler win. And Diego Corrales proved he was a hell of a fighter after that loss, Diego Corrales rehydrated alot of weight. Where as ODLH only rehydrated 1 pound, and he hadn't fought at Welterweight in years. If Diego Corrales would of fought Floyd Mayweather at 100 or 150 pounds, no matter if it was on the moon, day or night. January or December, Floyd Mayweather would of kicked his ass any time. And the fact that he dominated a P4P number 5 rated higher is bloody impressive. And it proves your other statement to be as useful as shit.

Ross you have been presented facts and the sad reality is that your hinging Calzaghe being better than Floyd on assuming Kessler's future is pathetic.

Well, call it pathetic when Kessler fails because as yet its onlt Calzaghe who could do that to him.

I find Floyd "fans" hilarious, they are so sure their fighter is so head and shoulders above the rest but yet they still need to defend the opposition he fought, a few were neames in their own right, just not when Floyd fought them, a few were coming off losses as well

Ill keep thinking Joe beats Floyd and anyone else, your wasting your time, ive seen Joe in action and hes a marvel, at 36 and doing what he does after 12 years unbroken reign as a world champ, Floyd wont match that, no one will

Are you kidding me ? there wasn't much debate when Floyd Mayweather Jr retired ? there was threads upon threads of it and there still is. Kostya Tszyu would of got his shot had he beat Ricky Hatton, Ricky Hatton beat Kostya Tszyu and he got his shot against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

And Floyd Mayweather Jr beat the man who beat Kostya Tszyu, if Joe Calzaghe is the better fighter then why wasn't he rated P4P number 1 ? and why is Floyd Mayweather considered much higher in the all time rankings ? And if your honestly trying to tell me Joe Calzaghe is a more skilled fighter than Floyd Mayweather, then you need medical attention.

I will say that Joe is better than floyd. Can you imagine them fighting in the same weight? floyd would be trying to counter all night and would be overwhelmed by the speed skill and workrate of Joe.

floyd struggled with another fast southpaw in Judah that isn't 1/10 the fighter, ring general or has half the ring IQ of Joe and Zab would have won if he wouldn't have faded so fast.

BTW, the reason he was never rated above floyd is because of his lack of american exposure. floyd got on the big stage and did nothing with it but avoid every dangerous opponent.
no bud the reason why joe was never ranked above floyd is because Mayweather was willing to get in with top level competition while both were in their prime and he'd win convincingly, and not leave a bad taste in your mouth, i.e. Calzaghe/Hopkins , also floyd's never technically been knocked down, Calzaghe has been dropped plenty, especially in his last 2 fights, both in the 1st round, and both against OLD past prime fighters

difference, Corrales even if weight drained, was in his prime, cant say the same for Oscar by any stretch of the imagination, also Corrales went on to prove it true by moving up to Lightweight and showing just how good he was by winning against top tier competition

Weird havent heard anything intelligent and profound by Ross yet,

Especially after he has been presented with hardcore facts about Floyds career accomplishments and level of competition, compared to his fortune telling of Kessler's career..

Which defining fight did Floyd have to prove how good he was?

Calzaghe was thought to have been fading and too old after his faultless performance against Lacy to be a threat against the big strong powerfull Kessler, yet he proved how good he is by figuring him out, eating up his best shots, he really proved his worth especially at his age and how long hed been at the top.

Floyd doesnt have that icing on the cake

That makes no logical sense. A fighter, less than two years removed from an amazing performance, coming off wins over fighters who did not damaged him in any way, was thought to be faded and old? Almost nobody felt that way.

I like Kessler, a lot, but he has proven sweet fuck all since the Calzaghe fight.
