Yeah Fury can be dopey and a helmet but he is fighting consistantly and trying to fight ranked fighters. Even Cunningham admitted in the lead up that he was the only fighter who wanted Fury because everyone else doesnt want to face his size and his awkwardness.
He isnt going down the Harrison route like Haye and Price. He fought Chisora when Chisora mattered, even Wlad wanted Chisora as an opponent back then but he pulled out and Fury offered him a fight.
Fury makes me laugh with his ridiculousness, Haye sounds similar but there is a constant undertone of arrogance with Haye, whereas Fury will go on the internet for the whole world to see and take the piss out of himself and his traveler roots wanting to buy caravans and dogs and how its a shame, hes a fat, out of shape, chinny, light punching fighter etc.
You clearly are clueless if you think that. Price was mandatory for the British title, Fury decides to vacate. He was lined to fight Pulev and pulled out. Then he was lined to fight Haye a pulled out. Guess hes holding out for another fight with Rogan for the world renowned Irish Title. I hate to tell you ross but you have had the wool pulled over your eyes.
Just to be clear I also dont rate Haye. I dont think he has done anything impressive and dont think hell win a world title again. I also cant stand the prick like you becuae the way he thinks he has done something great at heavyweight. The fact is he was lucky to get to Valuev first before any genuine heavyweight fighter did.
But it still doesnt change the fact he is much more impressive then Fury.
For now. Im still giving Fury the benefit of the doubt. At the same point in Hayes career, Haye had been stopped by Thompson and nearly got stopped by Lolenga Mock who was a super middleweight! So far Fury has got as far as fighting ex world title challengers and world ranked fighters and he hasn't been stopped, so, so far, he is doing better than Haye.
Haye fought for his first world title against Mormeck after 5 years as a pro and Fury has another 8 months before hes at the same point.
That means nothing. So fucking what. In 8 months if Fury fights for a world title it will be against a Klit (after Wlad beats Povetkin) and loses. Does that convince you Haye is better because Haye won his 1st world title shot and Fury loses his? Your logic is retarded and is based on ifs. Out logic is based on what we see. Fury being heavily rocked against a feather fisted cruiser weight. Being floored by an absolute bum in Pajkic. Struggling big time against John McDermott. Dont get me wrong Fury has come on leaps and bounds but he is nothing special at all and gets iced the first time he gets in a ring with a puncher with the tools to land. I was hoping it would be Haye but looking unlikely now because Fury is running scared.
Fury will not win a world title. Period!
Haye has been stopped yes, but e fact is Haye knows how to avoid punches, and he survived the 12 with Wlad by doing that.
Fury can't avoid punches, and if he fights any decent punching fighter with any sort of height, Wlad, Vitali, Thompson, Price even, he's going to be knocked out cold.
If Haye landed the right that Cunningham landed (and Haye would because he's better than Cunningham) then fury sleeps.
The only difference between fury and price is that price took a step up, and got knocked out. But he's not whining about it, he's rematching Thompson and risking his career to make progression.
Fury ducks like he's being shot at.
You say tomato,
‘n I say …… it correctly.
