I am a 45 year old male. I have admired many people I seen through the years that posess boxing skills, hit the speed bag, heavy bag, jump rope etc.... I have been bodybuilding for 20 years and I am in fairly good shape for my age at 160lbs with I was told "a boxers build". Anyway all the real boxing gyms (I do not count kick boxing, etc-I did not want that) were so far away from my home. To my delight, they just opened a boxing/training gym near my home. Here is my question. I joined and am hooked, however I do not want to give up bodybuilding. Is there a routine I can follow where I can bobybuild 2 days a week from my normal 4 days/week and box 2 days a week.? Is that enough boxing?
