If I'm on a trip and I'm going stay at a friends place for a little while I usually bring my oatmeal and protein. It's just an everyday staple of my diet, and I usually can find the rest of my food from any local supermarkets or grocery stores.

As for going out to eat, I enjoy chinese or mexican food. Rice, vegetables, with chicken or beef makes for a balanced meal. Occasionally I'll go to a steak house, but I don't go for big portions, and I usually have a caeser salad on the side.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

Why I started the thread, was half the time, when your booked as a pro,you dont know a damned soul where you are. Hell Ive had to do research on some of the cities I sent boxers to,because Id never actually been there.
What the hell do I know about Sacramento?
And promoters keep you on a pretty tight lead, because they dont want you to get in trouble before the fight, and most of the time your hotel doesnt have that nice little dinette section, most of the time its a TV,a Safe,A bed,and a refrigerator,so youve got to find a place to eat.
