I started a diet the first week of September. Actually, I'm looking at this as a "change of life style" rather than a diet. I know; I know.

Anyway, I've been eating the salads and doing the pedaling exersices with a smile on my face, and so it's paid off.

I'm still fighting the likes of Chris Arreola and David Tua at this point, but I am certainly on my way to a weight that starts with 1.

I weighed 226 pounds on September 3 and this past Monday I weighed 217. Slow, yet considering all my structual problems I'm pleased with the result. At first I lived in fear, scared plaque would break free resulting in a heart-attack or stroke, but I'm over the fear.
