Did not watch the fight as I was working nights but does anybody think that he won apart from the judges?

Only Pac and few of his die hard fans really. I swear some of the commentators knew what the outcome was going to be and so slid off into the Oh well maybe category to cover what a sham boxing has become.

The crowd were wild about the decision mate and Marquez was being yelled out by them over and over as manny was doing his interview claiming it.

I had Marquez winning by 3 rounds. No way Pac won that fight.

I had the fight a draw on first glance. I could have seen it 115-113 either way. It was a tough fight to score. There were a lot of rounds that I thought could have gone either way. I was amazed that Manny couldn't hurt Marquez at all this time around. I thought that would be the difference. I need to rewatch it this morning with a clear head.

The compubox stats say Pac was ahead, but they can be deceptive. I'll probably see it next weekend.

I had it 7 rounds to 5 for Manny. JMM letting off the gas in the last two rounds was a big mistake.

And that is with Marquez letting off the gas taken into consideration too.

Compubox doesn't say who's "ahead.". This isn't amateur boxing, where you just count the punches that landed; another factor is how clean and effective those punches were. Yet another factor is defense - those extra hundred punches that Compubox says Pacquiao missed that Marquez didn't.

watched it and didn't score it but at the end of the day I wasn't disapointed in the decision.

It is another close fight. Neither showed dominance over the other.

It is disappointing to the Pacquiao fans in that they expected it to have been one-sided in their boxer's favor and disappointing to the non-Pacquiao fans in that they believe Marquez should have gotten the nod for making it a competitive fight given his age and allege weight disadvantage.
