Id honestly say yes, but of course I've never heard of her and she might do a fine job despite such a terrible image. To me, being that fat is akin to being a full blown drug addict. I don't see much difference at all myself, and I'm not meaning to demonize either one.

The Belgian government are clearly having a laugh. They don't like her and are just subjecting her to as much scorn and ridicule as they can. The pictures are great. I particularly like the contrast of the delicate features with the grotesque size of her head. The Belgian pm and his mates are sitting in a bar somewhere pissing themselves laughing watching the coverage on the TV. Imagine if she says something publicly about obesity. It'll be on youtube with subtitles.
