shannon briggs
Officially the only saddo who has had a girlfriend
The interview I posted the other day by him said that he makes so much more money filling European stadiums and it doesn't make sense for him to come to the US.
Beyonce
I'd like to see him fight Wilder but I think Wilder will be overwhelmed and lose a very ugly fight. Actually, anybody Klit fights will lose a very ugly fight
If Wlad fights in the US he he must fight Wilder. Briggs is too old. Once Wilder beats Stiv, the fight will make sense.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
That's in no small part his own doing. There is still more money in the American PPV market, but his last opportunity to tap into it was that abortion of a fight against Sultan Ibragimov. That was a big HBO fight based out of Madison square garden, had lots of hype and attracted casual interest. If it hadn't been so unspeakably shit I don't doubt Wlad would have fought outside of Europe since. Since he insists of fighting the way he does, and there is an inelastic demand for him in Germany, it makes sense though.
I think it'll be Tony Thompson.
Some overheard mumbling by Tony's camp about "third time's the charm" or something to that effect.
I'd like to see Wladimir against the Stiverne-Wilder winner.
Unfortunately Briggs might get the callHe generated a lot of press & publicity with his antics. "Everywhere you go I go"
Casual sports fans would probably tune in to see Klitschko-Briggs. Also, there's some fight fans who actually think Shannon has a good chance of winning
If Stiverne beats Wilder, I doubt Don King will let him anywhere near Wladimir. Same for Golden Boy.
Would be nice to see, but it might just be all talk. His primetime defense vs Someguy resembling a potato (sorry I really can't remember) tanked in the ratings. It would have to be the perfect opponent with a good following but at the same time, of course, one that did not really pose a huge threat![]()
His next fight is on Eurosport.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
