You could do with posting you're weight, size, bodyfat levels as well as diet and activity level etc...

that way you'd probably recieve better advice.

Canned soup can be high in salt, which makes you retain higher levels of water. I suggest more exercise, like some HIIT training or running before your breakfast. But others would be able to give you more advice I am sure.

I don't know much about training for loss, but will welcome you to the forum.

I think it might help them if you gave a bit of a run down also regarding your activity. More so, what kind of running. Specific to what sort of training. Body, weight...etc. It may help if you can calculate your daily calorie intake. If you haven't, might be worth looking into. Knowing your body fat would be good for you also I suspect.

The answers aren't always quick in this forum, but tend to be some of the best around if you are patient.

thanks mate, very nice of you to welcome me.

my running is 4 mile as fast as i can. once a week i go to a park where there is heaps of hills and just run for an hour and change the speeds from sprints to jogging, up hill and down hill. My boxing training is pads, sparring, bad work. I do a little bit of body weight training like push ups, sometimes squats, core workout, sit ups

i recently just worked out my daily calorie intake and it was to much, so i changed my diet ( shown above) and that works out to be about 1800 calories.

i worked out my body fat percantage and its 18.4 % but im not sure how accurate that is cos i worked it out on a exercise bike...

For fat loss i actually walk on a treadmill.

Set the treadmill on a 15 incline and walk at around 4mph for 30-40 mins. When performing this type of activity your body will use fat as a fuel rather than carbohydrates. It's likely that you're body will enter it's fat burning mode after around 15 minutes.

This activity will keep your heart rate at somewhere between 120-135 which is optimal for fat loss. I'm guessing you're aged between 18-35?

This type of training is also excellent for retaining muscle mass while losing fat.

From what you've given as height and weight your resting metabolic rate is roughly at around 1800 cals per day. Basically that's the amount of cals you need to eat to mantain your body weight. So to lose weight you need to really work out the calories in everything you eat. Make sure you're not going above 1800.

Maybe swap some of the carbs heavy snacks for protein rich foods.

Swap you're evening meal with 500ml of organic probiotic fat free yoghurt. It gives around 40g of low gi carbs and 25g of protein. It's also good for preventing bloat.

I'd personally avoid beans and white rice. I wouldn't go crazy with potatoes either. Maybe drop the canned soup as it's high in sugar, salt and maybe even fat (depending on the soup)
