What do you make of this girl????

Several Months ago I met this SMOKING HOT girl. She actually approached me at this place called Yardhouse. For those of you who do not know Yardhouse is an upscale brewery, with good food and supposedly the most choices of beers in the world. She walked up to me and just was completely forward in her interests in me. (Yeah i know, never happens, wish it happen to more to us fellas huh?) I played it off cool kept my poker face on the whole time even tho deep down inside I was like WOW this girl is smokin HOT! Anyway shes been emailing/texting/calling ever since. but whenver we plan to hook up she like goes MIA? So i literally go thru stages where I get really confused/pissed and say F her for playing all these games. But next thing you know I get a new text/email out of the blue from her saying oh we should hook up blah blah?

WTF????

Basically in short if she was not so smoking HOT I would normally logically say F this broad she aint worth it, but a part of me is like dude do whatever it takes to close this?

but i guess my question is.... WHY does she so interest and then right before we are suppose to go out on a date she goes MIA? and then keeps poppin back into the picture? I am completely stunned?

my female friends say:
1)she got scared and pussied out at the last second cause shes intimidated by me?
2)she has a boyfriend and only textes/emails/calls me when things dont work out or on the decline?
3) she has so many dudes on her she just cant seem to get away from them enough to hook up with me?

what do you guys think? i can not even put my finger on it(no pun intended LOL)

ummm well she first came up to me at the yardhouse like SEVERAL months back and it like turned into an email/texting thing more than anything. its been so long that i forget about her even existing then she like textes me a pic of her like in a tube top or bikini(and she had gigantic hooters by the way LOL) and im all like DAMN now why you gotta go and do that love huh? and it gets me all excited and wanting her all over again.

i dont understand how she has confidence issues when shes the one who came up to me and basically asked me out? LOL. does her confidence go from sky high to so low that she just goes MIA for like 2-3months in between??????

Sometimes people who appear confident are actually the least.
She might be able to show herself off from a distance, but maybe she can't present herself in front of you after first contact.

On the other hand she may just be flirtatious and using you for a bit of fun. If you're getting photos and a bit of fun out of it, you're not harming anyone, enjoy it I say. Some might view you as a lucky fella!

If you still want to meet up, maybe feign disinterest and if she craves your attention, say "hey what are you doing such and such a time."

I've had quite a few situations where woman have come on really strong and then gone all aloof and then as soon as I have back off and not shown much interested, the texts, phonecalls, pictures etc all start again. So I have got all emotionally involved again and sure enough she backs away again, starts waiting a whole day to reply to texts etc. It is just a viscious circle. If she wants to be with you she would not be playin any games, she would just go for it, it's a control thing, if you show no interest she will probably be all over you. I just think it's gonna end in hurt (yours) coz the mind games have started already and you aint even in a relationship yet.

That's a new one to me I have to admit. I mean if you've only met once I'm at a loss to explain why she'd still be messaging you now and hasn't lost interest, whilst at the same time hasn't wanted to see you :confused:

Maybe she just feels you get on well as online buddies/pen pals and doesn't really want to change that? How often do you talk to each other? What kind of things do you talk about?


Another possible scenario is this. She likes talking online to you. She likes flirting via text with you, and when caught up in the moment she wants to see you.

However when she's not in that emotional state, i.e when you call or somthing she doesn't want to see you. It could be that your messages are really hot and steamy and that when she's not actually in a flirty mood they make her feel slutty?


I know from my own experience that I'm quite likely to text girls late at night, especially when I'm drunk and horny. Lot's of men do this, they have a 2 am club, you know a list of girls they have had sex with in the past who they call only when drunk and wanting to have sex. The next day you just arn't interested at all because you're no longer in that state.

this situation is pretty simple.. first off how old are you? cause that plays a major role.. i'd say if the girl is over 21 then she's prob just juggling guys.. if a girl is attractive and isn't the type to be in a relationship and get attached then this is how they act.. If they see a guy who they think is attractive, then they approach them, and add them to the list.. whether it be something that makes her feel more self-esteem because guys are talking to her or what, it doesn't matter..

to answer ya question im now fuckin 30yrs old ARGGGGH! im so sick of playing these girl games, but again is she wasnt so SMOKIN then normally id say F it, F her. she obviously is atleast 21 because u have to be 21 to enter this place or atleast the bar section of the place at night and i think she was drinking that night?

some other things that make matters worse/more confusing. dude she was like not letting me go or even giving me the chance to even mingle. she grabbed my hand and held my hand the whole night and took me every where she walked LOL. WTF is up with that?

also i heard from various studs that girls like a guy who wears alot of accessories meaning its better to wear: hats, sunglasses, neclaces etc.

so that night i was wearing all of the above and she was like hey can i try your hat and sunglasses on? i was like sure so soon as she put them on i was like: WHOA damn you look sexy babe! the hat and glasses look sexy on you. she then got really defensive and said are u making fun of me? i was like WTF no u look really good? so i even took a pic of her from her digital camera just so she could see what she looked like in them. to calm her/ease her that i wasnt making fun of her?

the texting/flirting started that same very night for after the brewery we kept texting each other.

i was like hey where u at? u busy?

she was like no im not, why whats up?(this was like 4AM)

damn i think i F'd it from there i should of just tried to close the deal right then and there. instead i wanted to appear to be the nice swell gentleman type, more so cause i knew she might have still been hanging with the other hottie. (this point of time i didnt know which of the two i wanted to pursue for sure?)

- How have you reacted to her when speaking to her after she stood you up?
- How many times have you made dates with her and she's not turned up?

You've got to put the ball back in your court.. By this time she knows that she can get all the validation from you that she wants over the phone/e-mail etc, without really having to commit anything.. This is bad, as girls completely love validation and the less they have to do for it, the better. At the moment all she has to do is log onto her e-mail, and she gets all those great feelins of someone liking her, without having to commit to anything.
I'd also be willing to bet just about anything that she has 5 or 6 guys just like you that she's not giving much back to, and stringing along, but they are giving her a tonne of validation and making her feel great about herself.
Don't take it personally though, this is just what girls do. Especially hot girls.
The good thing is though, it wont take much for you to stand and out seperate you from the rest, and SHE'LL be wanting to chase you. Those other guys will become the distant chumps that she strings along, and you'll become the main man..

By this time she knows that she can get all the validation from you that she wants over the phone/e-mail etc, without really having to commit anything.. This is bad, as girls completely love validation and the less they have to do for it, the better. At the moment all she has to do is log onto her e-mail, and she gets all those great feelins of someone liking her, without having to commit to anything.
I'd also be willing to bet just about anything that she has 5 or 6 guys just like you that she's not giving much back to, and stringing along, but they are giving her a tonne of validation and making her feel great about herself.
Don't take it personally though, this is just what girls do. Especially hot girls.
The good thing is though, it wont take much for you to stand and out seperate you from the rest, and SHE'LL be wanting to chase you. Those other guys will become the distant chumps that she strings along, and you'll become the main man..

Answer: we pretty much both say we should hook up blah blah. it was anything from dinner, movies, the beach, san diego, vegas, baseball games, laker games. like for example just when she goes MIA, she'll text me a pic of her and her girlfriend from the laker game or angels game and saying u and i will be drinking beers right here for the next game sounds good to you babe?




- How have you reacted to her when speaking to her after she stood you up?

Well obviously i was pissed and let down cuz i wanna hook up with her in the worst way i mean shes SMOKIN lol i dont know how much more i can stress that LOL. i never really expressed it to her but like after the 2nd or 3rd time i kinda joked about it by saying: hey babe should I call up the channel 5 news to file a missing hot body report? haha. she then doesnt mention anything about MIA and acts like she didnt go MIA at all hahaha. i dont know many quite bizarre if u ask me???? confusing as hell.

ummm well i do travel alot for work. i basically do sales and it entails me traveling alot for events/conferences etc. i tried to invite her on numerous accounts but she always says ill let u know bs. but actual hey im in town lets do this next weekend type of dates probably about 3 or 4 times at most like 5???

AGAIN its weird cuz im not one of those dudes who like has no clue and like stalks chicks. i can def take a hint and shes never made it clear for me to back off or whatever and just when i think shes completely out she'll text me saying like hey babe we should do this or go here next time???
