    Default Your normal workout

Whats your standard workout routine ?

And i know it is good to switch up your routine etc, but everyones gotta have some basic template they follow,

I normally go for something like

    2-3x3 mins shadow boxing
    5x3 mins skipping
    5x3 mins Heavy bag
    5+ rounds sparring

Some combo of situps , pressups , pull ups , body weight stuff
    Thats cricket

    Usually around 5 rounds skipping.

    Then 1-3 rounds shadow boxing.

3-6 rounds heavybag. i do less rounds on the heavybag if i do mitts which is usually 2 or 3 rounds.

then usually about 4-6 rounds on the double end bag.

30 seconds rest between rounds and my routine changes due to how much time i have and if i feel hungry(I usually have breakfast around 6 30 and if I go to the gym at lunchtime i dont get a chancce to eat until around 4, so by them i am almost starving to death)

after that heavy bag and skipping arent you a bit exhausted for sparring ?

These days I like to do a quick bit of skipping and warmup then spar while im fresh , that way I feel like i can make the most of it instead of being too tired in the ring to try my best / new stuff

Well I find sparring tougher when I'm a little tired and since I'm only twenty my recovery allows me to be fresh after a minute or so, so no I'm not tired going into sparring.
