Dang, ya'll spend hours working out. I'm lucky to spend 30 minutes!(Then again, I don't compete or anything.

after that heavy bag and skipping arent you a bit exhausted for sparring ?
These days I like to do a quick bit of skipping and warmup then spar while im fresh , that way I feel like i can make the most of it instead of being too tired in the ring to try my best / new stuff
