No I personally believe that this should be a straight 50-50 fight and if they are fighting at 140 maybe if anyone, Hatton should have the higher share as he is "The Man" in that division!

I don't think he deserves 60-40. It should be 50-50. Hatton is the kingpin at 140. Pacquiao is coming to 140. Pacquiao is P4P #1, but in terms of fans, I think they're equal. Hatton did 850,000 with Mayweather. Pacquiao hasn't done more than 400,000 without ODLH. I don't understand how he feels he deserves 50-50. If I were Hatton, I wouldn't take the fight unless it's 50-50 just on principle.

I don't think for a second that the fighters are at fault here ...more a case of the people handling them keeping their superior marketing status in tact and being able to lay claim to being "The top earner"
