I apologise to anyone but you reading this for having to multi-quote, which makes it seem like I am a bit simple or mentally challenged, but as usual you post 50 times in a row and it is the only way to address your bullshit and facetiousness.
I never said anything about it being mild, or having no symptoms or nobody requiring a visit to the hospital.
Yet in your first sentence alone you as usual just made up the idea that i had in order to continue on in your self obsessed fantasy world. And then you follow that by calling ME a liar![]()
And again nobody said asking who actually has, or has had it, is a terrible question, but you again had to pretend that was suggested, in order to avoid the simple fact that any question you have ever asked here has always been rhetorical. You are now in the habit of making up polls to disguise the fact, but it is still blindingly obvious to everyone that you don't really care what anyone actually says. You are only ever interested in having your own bias confirmed.
Plenty of posters here have already told you of knowing people, friends, colleagues etc who have had, or do have it, and some of those are in hospital, and in ICU, but here you are propagating the idea that they are liars. Why? because you never listen or read other posters contributions. You are more interested in quoting and talking to yourself.
So why accuse me of being hysterical for doing nothing more than calmly answering your question? Could it be that you don't want your cosy fantasy world shattered by the intrusion of reality and common sense?
It is amazing that you still think you and your wife not knowing anyone who has or has had it in a country where only 222 people have died, somehow puts you in a better position to judge perspective than those of us in the UK where 12, 107 have died or the States where 24, 537 have died. If anything that is just confirmation of just how deluded and detached from the reality for the majority of posters you really are.
Nobody is saying your country South Korea has not done an exemplary job in handling the pandemic, quite the opposite. So why pooh pooh and seek to mock people in your former country, or the states, where the leaders have dropped the ball and continue to fail their own citizens and health care workers, day in day out. Anyone would think your far right wing extremist ideaology is more important, than what would for most people be a very natural tendency toward empathy, and fellow feeling, in the face of such a unprecedented crisis.
Then you next sentence is again, just you making stuff up. Many have not been tested. You saying they have doesn't make it true. There are many, many people dying in nursing homes or at home who not only never got a test they do not make the figures after dying. Add to that the countless thousands suffering with it at home, who so desperate not to further burden an NHS, where people like my Mrs might not even be offered an ICU bed, (because she scores too highly on the dependency scale) and you can see how truly offensive your idea that people are just moaning too much is.
There are NHS workers being asked not to speak to the media with the fear of losing their jobs if they reveal how little PPE they have, and Journalists being warned not to ask Government minsters tricky questions, and yet you are that anal that you would rather question the figures than face the real conspiracies that are costing people their lives every day.
There is a post from a real old school Saddo veteran poster from here on social media that a few regulars have seen. In it he is lying in bed in a hospital warning others not to be flippant and dismissive. In that he says "All you conspiracy theorist I PROMISE this COvid 19 is not media hype or politicians looking for ways to scare the public".
He has no reason to lie about it and neither do i or the friends i know who have had it. Neither does my best mate from school who is a paramedic, and your suggestion that it is,even for those not needing hospitalization, "a mild thing" , is just so stupid i do not know where to begin in addressing it.
