Yep, I totally get where you are coming from. But I see Manny as a JWW now, going up another division should be just that, which is the full seven pounds. Marquez going up practically two divisions in one fell swoop deserves more scrutiny really, because that is Mayweather being way too cynical.

Expecting a fighter to go up one weight class and to do it properly isn't too much to ask IMO. Both fighters are chasing the money here and both think a weight gain or deficit is the way to go about it. And let's not forget that Manny has already fought DLH above 140 pounds, it's not as if it is a whole new thing for him.
