The unfortunate thing is..............i think your both right.

While Pacquiao has gotten better and smarter as a fighter, Marquez hasn't exactly looked much worse but he has aged (37) which affects all fighters.

Pacquiao has never looked stronger than what he does at welterweight imo, thats bad news for Marquez also.
