    Yeah. Good intentions but caused many deaths in the wake of them failing, unfortunate timing and a stubborn view to not include the existing army into the pay rises etc.Maybe if he had gone a touch slower and thought it out more his enemies would have shown their cards before their vengeance and he may have had more support by then .
