we talked about this fight the other day, and like i told you then, IMO he's being rushed, they need to take a step back with Vazquez Jr and work on his defense and fine tune is technical abilities, like you said he's an overachiever and well JCC Jr could learn a thing or two from the guy

Come on now. Vazquez was expected to shread Arce. "Shred" Arce?? A young, relatively inexperienced fighter against a savvy old pro? "Shred"? Aren't you exaggerating just a LITTLE bit? Arce was coming off that gift draw to Lorenzo Parra. In which he looked like a shell of his former self. But he still had name value. Which is why they took the fight. When in actuality, the old pro and the young gun gave us one of the best fights of the year. Give the kid some credit. Now muthafukkas want to make it seem like Vazquez lost cuz he was willing to take on the best competition. When in reality he lost cuz they took on a fighter that they thought was shot but wasn't.
