Yes, Cotto was gifted a handicap by Pacquiao. Take away that fight and Margarito does the same thing again. He could have fought with more abandon and make Cotto meet his maker.

Unlike HBO, this fight makes me think that Margarito wasn't loaded the first time. The only difference was the eye making him a little more cautious and an eye that wouldn't hold up so long.

He felt he did no wrong and boxing has allowed him to continue. Shame on humanity and boxing commisions then, but Margarito didn't grant himself a license. Cotto just fought a perfectly tactical fight. Never panicked, keep clocking on the left when he realized that Margarito couldn't see off his left eye and popped perfectly timed combos. Wow, one of his best performances in a very long time.

That's what I was thinking, Cotto looked tremendous, I especially liked it when he tied Margarito up and bulled/wrestled him into the ropes. Margo kept coming, and was aggressive, but he wasn't effective with it.
Nice win for Miguel, I feel like he vindicated himself.
