It's reasonable to be suspicious but as I just posted before decided to dribble more shit, there's a well known and PUBLIC reason for Marquez and his growth.
Who gives a shit about his trainer? His trainer could be shooting anabolic steroids into his cock, as long as marquez hasn't touched them (and there is no reason to say he has except your obvious lack of boxing knowledge based opinion) then it doesn't matter.
