Wlad on the other hand. I think he would have done well without his size due to his intelligence and boxing skills...
Vitali's boxing style was born out of kickboxing...granted his height might give him the advantage to lean out of the way of punches better than most, but honestly he just sees punches coming so well he's hard to hit in general.

That is true and you have to remember at 79 inches Vitalis reach is shorter than most other Heavys, including guys like Ali who people just assume would not be able to compete today. When guys are trying to kick you in the head you develop good defences pretty quickly and though often that does not translate to making you a natural boxer there are exceptions and ways of building on that fighting foundation. At the other end of the Scale tiny Scott Quigg has a background in martial arts and it has definitely helped hone his reflexes, but he has built on that with great boxing specific footwork and punch picking skills. You play to your strengths but if you want to be great you can not let them define you. You have to become well rounded and bring your deficiencies up a level. Being huge but slow and clumsy is not gonna help just as being small quick but fundamentally unbalanced and easy to outwork will not win you belts.

can Marciano even REACH Vitali's chin with his 67 inch reach? Seriously let's do the math.

Marciano was 5 ft 10, so he could reach up about 20 inches from the shoulder joint ---
therefore if he threw a completely vertical overhand looping right, standing toe to toe with Vitali, his fist would be about 10 inches over his head. 5 ft 10 is 70 inches plus 10 inches is about 80 inches or 6 ft 8 inches. SO YES I suppose he could reach their chins.......

but who the fuck throws a completely vertical overhand right? and how is Marciano seriously going to land that punch on Vitali?

Maciano is never going to have to try and land that hand. Marciano is also one of the most atypical heavyweights of all time. Even back in the day most fighters were not 5ft 10 and had a longer than 67 inch reach. I don't really rate Marciano anyway

Rock would of been crushed by a lot of heavyweights after the late 60's i think by to days rules he could be a cw or lhw in which he would be great. Saying that if he was a heavy weight these days he would have to put on 20 pounds and probably lose to top ten fighter and get crushed by the brothers.
