Definitely overrated and ive been thinking like this for awhile. I bet he can't fight going backwards. He's moves straight forward and straight back without angles.. He's pretty much a one dimensional fighter.

    Chavez would fuck him up..
Can't agree with either if you. Yes Golovkin looked poor in parts, mainly in the 4th or 5th after being completely dominant. Stevens hit him with his best and he didn't budge. He does the subtle things so well that Ross doesn't understand. His footwork is one of the best I have ever seen. He cuts the ring of so well. Guys can't keep him off them. His jab is excellent and is a tool he has in reserve if he ever needs it. His work rate? What are u talking about. He doesn't waste punches. He uses them so effectively. Martinez is the only guy at Middleweight who could give GGG a challenging fight
My point is, who is he beating? The guy he just fought had 3 losses

As soon as Adamu put any kind of pressure on him, he stopped working and walked straight backwards. Just like Abraham and sort of like Pavlik (more with movement with Pavlik).

When Adamu did throw he caught Golovkin easy.

Barry jones summed it up in the studio when he said to the untrained eye Golovkin looked beatable because of patience but his technique was faultless

All the same things have been said about Pavlik and Abraham and then when they were beat everyone revised their opinion.

Again talking shit. Makubu beat a guy tonight who was 20-0 with 20KOs. He was far worse competiion them Adama. Joyi lost to a guy with 13 losses. Juana lost his unbeaten rec to someone with 13 or so losses. Bika has 5 losses. Is he not a credible opponent?
