Considering the power and the size of the man throwing the punch... probably Sam Peters/Jeremy Williams.

Leotis Martin on Sonny Liston
Leotis landed a 'beauty' of a right-hand on Sonny, who was badly stunned from an earlier
straight right-hand and wide left-hook.
Sonny looked 'gone' as he fell face first into the canvas out in Las Vegas.
Sonny was laid out on the canvas for 5-Minutes.
Ann Wolfe's shot on 6'6" Ward that left her out cold for many scary minutes.
“If you want loyalty, buy a dog.” Ricky Hatton
Worst I saw live was GGG body shot to Macklin. Poor guy was surrounded by medical staff for quite some time. Many of you know the sounds of those punches when you are sitting in decent seats. I thought Matty might have bought the farm.
Being a Pactard JMM KO of Manny still hurts me to this day.
Every punch Foreman threw while Ali did the dope a rope
Earnie Shavers, but pure power and hardness is not enough
In boxing, it is all about shortening punches making then just enough for KO and lightening quick
I think, in this sense, I favor Tommy Hearns and Julian Jackson

Frenkel's KO of Maccarinelli was brutal.
You say tomato,
‘n I say …… it correctly.
Eubanks 11th round uppercut on Watson has gotta be one of the most powerful and destructive punches I've seen.
Ruddock 'smash' against Dokes.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
The Tyson right hand that dropped Holmes was huge. I still don't know how he got up from that.
Eubank's uppercut that flattened Watson in their second fight was a sickening punch.
I had always assumed Vitali almost went down from that uppercut since it nearly broke his neck but watching it over and over his legs were good the whole time. He was even still up on his right toe. Remarkable.
Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Good call, I re watched that recently, savage savage fight. Watson should definitely not have been allowed out for the 12th round, he needed help! The damage may already have been done, it might have been mostly the result of that one punch, but coming out to take more punishment must have still made a big difference in what they were able to do for him immediately.
Garcia spinning Morales around like a Ballerina in a musical jewellery box (with right on cue scream from woman in audience)
Roy Jones v Art Serwano - that would have taken a large tree down

To this day Joey Gamache is still feeling that last hook Gatti hit him with
