Shame Browne was taking PEDs or is a moron though, I think that was an interesting and even fight that would have told us where Briggs stands. The current landscape is actually as good as it's been in many years imo, fights just aren't being made.
I feel it has improved but I feel that the fighters are all beatable with one punch.

Not too many Solid chins in there and I feel Briggs can make an impact.

Hard to talk about fighters records and stuff as all fighters pad their record to get to world title fights. Foreman didn't have too many names in his first 38 fights leading up to Fraizer.

Peralta, Chavulo, Johnson about the only ones.

I just wanna see Briggs against a Wilder, Haye, Browne or Ortiz because I think he can put in a decent showing.
Nothing wrong with that, Browne is a lot less talented than the other 3 so that would have been a safer bet for sure. All fighters pad their record to some extent yeah, but I always had the impression Briggs had done more than he really has, giving Lennox an early scare might well be his best showing all things considered. I'm sure he under achieved and hope he does still have enough to go out with a good win, just being honest here.
