The situation in Catalonia/ Spain is quite ludicrously undemocratic. Police beating up people voting for independence, mass arrests of 'ringleaders' ..... it is positively Stalinesque.

I wonder if Scottish people are thinking about their mass vote against Brexit? They voted to remain in an EU where you seem to be forbidden from having an independence referendum
