Geesh, that was a real serious one. I wish I had the time to read them all. The daily devotion guide on my newspaper often does comment on some words or phrases that are not clear. They sometimes show the original meanings of the word in Aramaic, Greek etc. Like for example, I remember them explaining the word gehenna which is understood to mean hell but was actually meant to be something like a garbage dump in early Israel, though I'm not sure if I remember that correctly.
