So because Witter lost his stock has totally gone? Surely the other top names in the division recognised Witter as the number 2 and he should still be a name others like Kotelnik and Torres would want to face. If he beat one of two of those guys would he then be in a position again to face Hatton? This is maybe a big ask, with Witters age, and he'd have to be alot better than he was at the weekend.

But surely there is still some light at the end of the tunnel. Its just about whether, at his age, he has the ambition to fight his way back to the top (well number two).

With regards to Khan ever stepping up to fight Hatton, I would think it COULD happen if he ditches Warren. The lad has some serious ambition and he'd fight anyone tomorrow if it wasn't for Warren holding him back.

Yeah I guess but still, Bradley has just shot himself up the rankings. Whether Witter just had a bad night (which seems to be a regular occurance) or not I don't know, maybe Bradley is capable of beating all of them but Hatton (maybe even Hatton) but if Junior faced Torres and Kotelnik and beat them, he is still up there as a contender.

I ain't Witters biggest fan, I'm just suggesting he may not be out of the running just yet. I'd personally love to see him and Hatton go at it. Would be a nice win on Hattons record

I think you touched on something very interesting there.

Bradley is a fighter who in a potential fight with Hatton, could serve to really bring the best out of Rick. He's got a rough tough style like Ben Tackie, that saw Ricky perform beautifully against in the past.

As for Junior, what can I saw. He talked it and he didn't back it up, I don't hope his careers over, but I just don't feel he was worth anythig to Rick's legacy even at his highest point.
