I usually run before I eat, that way I'm drawing from the bodies stored fat and burning it up.
I would assume three hours afterward is plenty though.

I found that helpful as well,by jogging on a empty stomach!!I've done that before when i was on a crash diet(about 18months ago)but im now on a mission to build up a bit of muscle"like me good old days!".Im having more "DIG" in me punches i feel by going back to me Dumbells! But im trying to to keep the puppy fat off me hips.
I agree that a 3hours rest break after a medium lunch is fine by going by the way i feel when i do go and do a 4-6 road-work session! Thanks mate!
Has anyone got any scientific evidence on the digestive break down of food?i would totally appreciate the feedback on the matter!![]()
My mate doing medicine at uni just told me 2-3 hours should be plenty for a medium to large meal, so I guess your right![]()
I'm hoping that two long runs a week, two sprint sessions and my boxing will help me to get back ripped in under two months; the liklihood?
