I'm hoping that two long runs a week, two sprint sessions and my boxing will help me to get back ripped in under two months; the liklihood?

I reckon you could get to optimal in that time period seeing as your probably in pretty reasonable shape right now.

I'm actually in very good shape, I'm very slim, but still with a bit of body fat and I'm really fit.

I can do Five miles in jig time and I feel that I'm sparring well.

I think I'll do mine in the next couple of days, for a little motivational kick.

I'm retaining some fat on my ass and thighs for some godforsaken reason and I want to get rid of it and replace it with some muscle up top, quick!!

Thanks for the encouragement Yvonne, I'm nervous about this one, so I'm investing a lot of work in the build up.
