I'm actually in very good shape, I'm very slim, but still with a bit of body fat and I'm really fit.
I can do Five miles in jig time and I feel that I'm sparring well.
Have you checked your BMI??I have'nt yet.I do know that i have more excess fat on me hips,but i'll soon get rid of that by getting back to me speed rope sessions!
I haven't checked that no, I suppose I really should!
It'll be worth it mate!!Im going to check my maybe in 6weeks time after i've shifted my obvious extra pounds(Lbs)
