My weight was down to 70 last night. A bit too light I think.
God 70kg...u lucky thing!!Im at 14stone(86-90kgs)at the moment.Im 6ft 1" in height though!I still need to lose a good stone at least and get back down to 13stone as i was at the new year.I'll have to start pushing meself harder.There were the days when i was 11 and a half stone,mind you i was 21yr old back then.Im 27 now.I'll get there!The summer will help me shed some puppy fat off me!Ha

WHAT HEIGHT ARE YOU MATE?
I'm the same 6' 1" on the mark.
So as you can imagine I'm looking pretty skinny at 70!

The summer will help you I'd say, I always find that the humidity helps me to sweat buckets and burn fat.
I'm not sure how it will help me gain more muscle though!
