after that heavy bag and skipping arent you a bit exhausted for sparring ?

These days I like to do a quick bit of skipping and warmup then spar while im fresh , that way I feel like i can make the most of it instead of being too tired in the ring to try my best / new stuff
Well I find sparring tougher when I'm a little tired and since I'm only twenty my recovery allows me to be fresh after a minute or so, so no I'm not tired going into sparring.
