I think it might help them if you gave a bit of a run down also regarding your activity. More so, what kind of running. Specific to what sort of training. Body, weight...etc. It may help if you can calculate your daily calorie intake. If you haven't, might be worth looking into. Knowing your body fat would be good for you also I suspect.

my running is 4 mile as fast as i can. once a week i go to a park where there is heaps of hills and just run for an hour and change the speeds from sprints to jogging, up hill and down hill. My boxing training is pads, sparring, bad work. I do a little bit of body weight training like push ups, sometimes squats, core workout, sit ups

i recently just worked out my daily calorie intake and it was to much, so i changed my diet ( shown above) and that works out to be about 1800 calories.

i worked out my body fat percantage and its 18.4 % but im not sure how accurate that is cos i worked it out on a exercise bike...
