yeah im actually going to start putting tabata running and punch out drills into my workout. Im just waiting on a interval timer to arrive in the post so i can use it on my runs...

as for sprints do you think i should have a day where i just do sprints or should i just sprint during my normal runs. Are 100 meter sprints suitable... by how many
search for a book called "Ready Set Go Fitness" by Phil Campbell. He's a track and field coach at a big US college. He has a system called sprint 8 that is similar to tabatas but focuses on sprinting.
